   Food did not live up to expectations or the price. Server was good but way too many tables to plus she had to bartend. This restaurant does not have a sunset view.

   Our server, Naz, was excellent! The short rib empanadas were superb as our shared appetizer. My wife loved her Michter Manhattans and I really enjoyed the Dauo Rosé by the glass. My wife had shrimp with blackened grouper and devoured the Statler chicken breast served with jasmine rice, carrot, asparagus, and a light mushroom Demi-glace. For dessert we shared a slice of very fine key lime pie topped with a gorgeous merengue. Outstanding!

   Our stay at Pier House was excellent! The resort nice, staff very friendly and thoughtful, the food delicious (we had all three meals at one time or another and 5🌟. We will definitely be back and look forward to another wonderful long weekend in Key West.

   Such a nice restaurant, great ambiance, quiet ( we were inside) food and service was excellent. You could go around the deck to see the sunset.

   A lovely environment, especially the outdoor seating. Food was good but took 45 mins for it to arrive. Although two other tables were served within 20 mins. Our server was absent most of the 90 mins. Sat for 30 mins with dirty plates, then they were loudly stacked in front of us. Thought we were at Red Robin for a moment, not one of the highest rated restaurants in Key West. Management/front of house needs to be attentive and consider fine dining training for serving staff.

    We had a wonderful experience! We requested a relaxing water view table. The host who greeted us was very nice and made sure we had the perfect table!The food was delicious and we especially enjoyed their lobster Mac and cheese. Jorge, our server, was friendly and did an awesome job! He even surprised us with a beautiful key lime pie dessert for our anniversary! We walked just a few feet from our table to view the beautiful sunset.
