Ooka est un restaurant asiatique révolutionnaire situé dans le quartier de Montgomeryville en Pennsylvanie. Ouvert depuis juillet 2009, Ooka se caractérise par sa cuisine avant-gardiste japonaise et gastronomique hibachi. We really enjoyed our Valentine’s Day Lunch at Ooka. The service was fantastic. The server was friendly and knowledgeable and really made effort to connect with us - the sushi rolls were fantastic. This is one of our favorites places to go for a nice dinner out.

Visited in the past and went to celebrate again. Overall had a nice experience. Staff was great in many ways. However the drinks we ordered as soon as we arrived came after our soup and salad was on the table. Would have been nice to enjoy a cocktail before being forced to eat. Finally done with soup and salad to now enjoy our cocktail and Dinner was served immediately. Food was OK, however we have had better for less. Maybe it was just a rush though to get us up and out for the next reservation as it was pre Valentines weekend. The best part was the thoughtful Birthday ice cream my Husband received with a candle. Will probably try one more time to enjoy a dinner at Ooka before giving up on this restaurant.

My best friend and I come in from out of town (south Philly and Washington DC) once or twice a year to enjoy a girl's weekend. Going to Ooka is top on our list!!! We love sitting at the sushi bar and watching the extremely talented staff create amazing and delicious masterpieces with the freshest ingredients. It is truly an experience as opposed to just dinner. Our tradition is to sit down and let them select our dishes until we are comfortably full. We never order off the menu - we prefer letting them surprise us with their creations. They NEVER disappoint.

I went here last night with a group of friends and was very impressed with the experience. Our server Harry, was incredibly personable and had an awesome knowledge of the menu and the culinary world. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner at Ooka last night. Cool atmosphere, fantastic crew working, and lots of unique sushi rolls and specials to choose from…We’re looking forward to our next visit!

The food was great! The Major problem was the room we were in for the hibachi was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING!!! Even the girls at the front desk had a space heater?!?! We were in and out in an hour! Maybe that’s why you keep it so cold in there to get a faster turnover. Totally unacceptable!! Turn the heat up or on! It took us 2 hours at home to finally warm up. Jkoch
