Ophelia’s is one of our favorite spots. First time visiting since the hurricanes last October. Management/owners did a remarkable job of getting the restaurant back open. They had 3 1/2 feet of water. But were able to open in two weeks. The views remain spectacular overlooking the bay. The food is a good as ever. My spouse had the halibut and I had the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was big and tender with a Chardonnay sauce and spaghetti. The halibut was cooked just right. We started with a caprese salad and a house salad. Nothing to complain about. Both were outstanding. As good as the food is, it is the view that brings us back. Also, the servers have been there for a long time so all are very professional and attend to all your requests. For the great view and great food, you will pay for it. All in including two drinks, appetizers, main courses and one coffee will cost you about $140 per person inclusive of tax and tip (20%). Still it is a worthwhile experience if you are looking for a special place. As an anecdote, at the table close to us, father and his children/spouses come every year to celebrate their mom’s birthday who passed away several years ago. They come back every year to celebrate her birthday. One doesn’t do that unless it is a special place. Enjoy!

First time back after the hurricane- patio has been expanded, but very windy and we could not eat inside. Our waiter was terrific and very attentive and the food was delicious, but receptionist was not very friendly or helpful in exploring options.

One of the best meals I have ever had! I would not hesitate to dine here again. The eggplant crepes were out of this world! Our server was very helpful in deciding what to have and was attentive. 5 stars all the way.

Service from Zoltan was perfect. Food was delicious. My only gripe is the bar area is far too small and when one is waiting to be seated Ophelia’s feels cramped and crowded. Once seated, though, the evening was a delight, especially with a near full moon rising in the east and reflecting over the intercoastal.

The experience begins with the valet. The small parking lot is maximize to its fullest extent, but unfortunately, the valet does not communicate well and is a bit grumpy. Also, as a first time guest, I didn’t even understand where to pull up to drop off my car. You actually have to stop in the street to turn your car over to the valet. The hostess was a wonderful young lady and helped us with a perfect table on the deck right by the water. It happened that it was a full moon the night we were there which added to the ambience. The service was excellent. The food is good, but our choices were not superb. We had the eggplant appetizer which relies heavily on cheese, a pear salad, in fact, the large pair of salad and I don’t think there was even a whole pair cut up in the salad. It was a bit overdressed so that the greens in it became heavy with dressing. Our dinner was the scallops which were salty. Well bronze, but salty and over some type of a grain and scallion mix that really didn’t have a significant amount of flavor and was pasty on the tongue. So overall, an incredible location and ambience, but the food could use some work.

Have eaten here several times and it is always outstanding. Glad they reopened after the damage from the hurricane. Menu is always interesting, food excellent, service excellent (Chris was our latest waiter), table by the water gives excellent view even of the Osprey nest not far away. Though "pricey", it is always an exceptional experience and one we always remember and look forward to.
