Osteria translated in Italian literally means "a place where the owner hosts his guests." At Osteria Cucina Rustica we follow in that tradition. Life long friends Steven Botta and Angelo Bongiovanni have collaborated to design and recreate an authentic Osteria. A warm atmosphere along with impeccable service and family recipes make for an unparalleled dining experience.
We begin with the freshest ingredients of the highest quality all prepared to order using family recipes passed down from generation to generation. The astronomic experience begins with the hospitality from the moment you walk through the iron forged doors. Next is the food where the love is present in each dish. The house made pasta to the freshest seafood to the dry aged steaks and our unique desserts made daily by our pastry chef make our uniqueness discernible.
The Bongiovanni and Botta families welcome you to Osteria, where we promise that you will come as a guest and leave as family.

Had one of those meals that just hits right at Osteria Cucina Rustica. The bread basket kicked things off perfectly with fresh focaccia for dipping in herbed olive oil. The hot antipasto was a winner. Perfectly crispy calamari (not a hint of rubber) and some really good stuffed clams. Their Caesar salad – absolutely knocked it out of the park. Perfectly dressed, fresh, and just the right amount of everything. Sometimes the simplest dishes really show a kitchen's talent. The gamberoni risotto was creamy perfection, studded with colossal, tender shrimp and cooked to that ideal al dente bite. Then came the Sunday sauce with rigatoni. If you've ever wondered what a proper Italian Sunday dinner tastes like, this is it. The sauce was loaded with all the good stuff – tender short rib, brasciole, Italian sausage, and a meatball that would make any nonna proud. The rigatoni was cooked just right, perfect for soaking up all that amazing sauce. Bottom line: If you're craving real-deal Italian food, this place delivers. Really good cooking that feels like home – if home had a seriously talented chef in the kitchen.

A wonderful experience and the perfect way to celebrate our 36 year wedding anniversary! Food , drinks and service was beyond amazing!

Food is amazing, as well as service but the noise level definitely takes away from the experience. We had to actually yell across our table the whole meal to hear eachother because it’s so loud in there. For a very expensive night out (about $350 for a party of 4) it wouldn’t be my first choice next time even though the food is a 10.

Appetizer of Zuppa Clams and Fennel salad was good. Main entree special Spaghetti with shrimp and lobster was disappointing. Small shrimp and limited morsels of lobster.

The shisito peppers were the best ever. The seafood risotto was off the charts. Drinks were superb and the price was very competitive for the area. Angelo & Steve continue to deliver.

Waitstaff was very attentive. Mark are waiter was great, and he explained the entree perfectly. We were very happy with the food we ordered. We shared 2 appetizers. The fried Calamari was nice and golden, not chewy, and Caesar salad was chilled perfectly. My wife's entree jumbo shrimp over linguini was great. I had mixed seafood clams, mussels, calamari, and fish of the day a brazino served in a broth was wonderful. The dessert we chose was a sorbet to end the meal. Since it was my wife's birthday, the sorbet came out with sparklers and the waitstaff sang Happy Birthday! a nice touch to a wonderful meal.

Stepped out for an anniversary dinner. Beautiful setup, service was consistent always clearing plates, checking in, and/or offering beverage refills. Food was hitting on all cylinders start to finish.🤌🏻 •Fritto Misto (fried shrimp, calamari, scallops) was phenomenal & sooo fresh to the taste! I would re-order that again 10x over. •Frisse Salad was great, arugula with a nice mixture of candied walnuts, fresh apple, & truffle/blue cheese perfectly served in herb dressing. •Lobster Gnocchi SHE LOVED. The entree ended with 3-4x of “please take this away from me” bc she simply couldn’t get enough. • I opted for their Veal Special, it was enormous! Beautiful taste served with truffle & a cream sauce on top & accompanied with a nice mound of mashed.👌🏼 TASTE & PORTION 10/10 Extremely loud environment, we were on the verge of screaming across the table & still could barely hear one another lol (we’re parents to small children so nothing we aren’t used to) perfectly fine by me just wouldn’t recommend if seeking that quiet date candlelight type scene. (Seated just outside kitchen which likely didn’t help much as well). WILL BE RETURNING FREQUENTLY. Hats off service X Chef’s kiss in my book.

The food and service were amazing! The veal and the broccoli rabe cooked to perfection. For dessert the stuffed zeppolis hands down the best choice. Great spot for a date night or anniversary. Enjoy!

Osteria is a fantastic restaurant. The service was fabulous. Never disappoints. My only complaint is the tables are a bit small so you are a little tight. The food never disappoints either but if I had to say one thing is that my Chicken Rustica is more like a chicken marsala and it was supposed to have fennel sausage which it did not. I wish I got the correct dish but it was till good.
