Osteria is a truly authentic Italian Restaurant on Westover Terrace in Greensboro. You'll feel like you've just been transported to Emilia Romagna, region of Italy. The restaurant is decorated with wine cabinets filled with well selected only italian wines. Our chefs adhere to traditional methods of preparation and use only the finest ingredients imported from Italy in addition to our local produce. We only use fresh pasta made daily. Pasta and fresh seafood take center stage of our menu, in addition to other dishes. Desserts and bread are also freshly made at Osteria.

It was or first time. I had a fruit fly in my drink. I did not like the appetizer. The server was sarcastic which was difficult to read and the entrees were pretty good. Just read not my cup of tea.

Best shrimp scampi I've had. Veal meatballs were also delicious. Service was just right.

First, the food was delicious. I had the special with flounder in a light tomato sauce with calamari, potatoes and tomatoes. It was very good. Second, we had asked for special seating and they really came through. Third, our server was very attentive, checked on us a few times and kept our drinks filled. I am looking forward to going back.

Food and service is alway great . Noise level was too high from neighboring tables. Unable hear my spouse across the table. Business meetings should be conducted and seated in their other back room. May be something to consider when making reservations. We have used this room in the past for larger family gatherings and it was great.

Our favorite place to dine when visiting our son who attends HPU. It is consistently delicious with wonderful service by all staff. We cannot wait to return again!
