Bienvenue à Pacci Italian Kitchen + Bar, un lieu unique en plein centre-ville de Savannah pour une cuisine raffinée + boissons . Pacci est aussi chaleureux et accueillant qu'un dîner traditionnel dans un village italien pittoresque, où chaque plat est préparé avec amour par le chef Dusty Grove, grâce aux ingrédients les plus purs et à des techniques anciennes. Les portes ont ouvert en mai 2014, et vous pouvez désormais aller vous délecter au bar communautaire, dans la magnifique salle à manger ou bien dans la cour intime du Secret Garden.

Went for Valentines day. Was seated in a seperate dining area away from the live entertainment. The second dining area was a mess, tables were not bussed. Food was terrible. From a thrown together messy salad to dry fish with cold pasta. The meal was not worth the price at all. Terrible experience.

Not worth the money that was paid. Food was bland, the live band packed up 50 mins early then stuck around talking and drinking a guests. It was very bright, didn’t feel like the romantic jazz filled evening that was described on the reservation

Well. Don’t come for fine dining or on holidays. Staff couldn’t handle the minimum patron count. Valentines menu was horrid, food was essentially ‘cruise food’. Reservation was at 7, didn’t get seated till 7:20. Took another 12 minutes for the waiter to speak one word to us, despite only having a couple of tables. They also didn’t close the bar to hotel patrons during the “valentines experience.” Band was good! Unfortunately for them they were stuck performing at Piacci.

they were out of multiply items, we would have left had we not opened a bottle of wine our third choice on the menu, out of their app and my wife's fish hit the table raw. the waitress had no knowledge of the wines or the food. worst meal ever in Savanah

We enjoyed ourselves. For a restaurant that is a higher tier menu, we did find it odd that they have two giant screen TVs playing sports where it just didn’t seem to fit the vibe otherwise of the very nice dining ambiance. Our server was incredibly personable and helpful with helping us pick the best meal.

Staff was not up to date on special Restaurant Week offerings. One waiter was host and waiter. Food was fair.

The young Asian gal, could not speak English, couldn’t get the bill right and when my husband ordered an old fashion she said they don’t have that, she needs training! I had the braised beef, it was good but over half of it was a big glob of fat. The parmasian chicken two of us had, had no sauce and when asked for more she brought out some right out of the can, not heated. I think the manager spoke to us but didn’t ask us how the meal or the service. I give this place a big thumbs down!

When we arrived for the reservation and started to sit at the table someone from the restaurant approached us and rudely asked if we had a reservation. Once we were seated the waiter took a long time to take our order and bring our drinks. The service was slow and the waiter didn’t check on us when we were eating dinner. One of the people in our party went to the bar to order drinks for us since we weren’t offered any more. The restaurant was almost completely empty and the service was slow and very poor. It was very disappointing.

Peter was our waiter and made our dining experience an enjoyable evening. Cocktails, appetizers, main courses were all served perfectly timed. Flavor profiles were great! Our second time to dine at this Italian restaurant and we’ll be back!
