For nearly 20 years Pacino’s has been on Suffolk Street and throughout this time we have aged well, adapting our business to suit the changing tastes and demands of our discerning customers. With a capacity of 140 seats Pacino’s offers an old world vibe – stylish brickwork, wooden floors and soft lighting combine to create a rustic atmosphere complemented by the finest authentic rustic Italian food.                                                                                                         Had a lovely time. Im a big eater and found the pasta portion was too small for me, but thats a very personal gripe. Everything else was outstanding. Would recommend

                                                                                                        It was a busy pre Christmas time evening and the staff were busy but at no point were we rushed. We really enjoyed our meal as we could take our time. Food is AWESOME

                                                                                                        The service was not good. They brought the main dish without any condiments, the salt never comes out of the shaker, and the tea is just one cup, whereas in other places, the teapot is larger and you can have two cups. They don’t have sweetener, only sugar, which is unhealthy. The prices aren’t cheap either. If you try to call a waiter, they pretend not to see you because they’re busy attending other tables. It’s expensive for what it is. I didn’t leave any tip and I don’t plan on coming back.

                                                                                                        Our first time in Pachinos and not sure if we would return. Based on the food, absolutely but the excellent food was let down by the poor service. We have to call a waiter to take our order, and at that he beckons to another waiter to do so. We ordered two bottles of wine and water. We got the wine but had to chase them for the water. We tried in vain to get the bill and then pay for it, and having waited so long we did something we never do, we did not leave a tip. Excellent food let down by poor waiting staff surely is something that you can improve upon. On a side note, another restaurant operates upstairs, and while the guests do not come into Pachinos, the noise level is very high, which affects the ambience.
