   Thd food was mediocre, they were out of quite a few things that were basics and the music that was pumped in from the lounge was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation. This is the second time I’ve been there where the music was deafening. Definitely not going back again.

   Ambience is wonderful. Beautiful decor. Great entertainment, drinks were also great. Food was ok. My filet was dry and cold. Could improve food presentation and temperature.

   Service was prompt but not hurried. The overall range of foods available was very good. Food was prepared excellently, presentation was unique.

   It had been many years since I had been to Palm Court and it was a great experience. The ambiance was very nice and the food delicious and plentiful. The drinks were great as well but definitely on the more expensive side. I would like to try their Sunday brunch soon, and will definitely be back when wanting to have a nice dinner.

   The description in the menu and the food that is produced and served is quite varied. One meal was sent back and the other one should have been sent back lemon butter sauce is normally not a heavy cream based sauce, but who am I to complain…

   I realize it was New Year's Eve, but the overall experience was terrible. The inflated prices were ridiculous, the food presentation was a joke (imagine a 4 oz piece of filet mignon on a white plate, that's all there was). They put our party of 9 in a banquet room, it was so loud we had to shout across the table to be heard. Would NEVER go back to Palm Court on New Year's Eve.

   Hi Carla - We sincerely apologize for your experience on New Year's Eve. Our holiday menu prices are only 1-2 dollars more than the our "every day" menu and reflect similar pricing to other restaurants in the immediate area. Upon being shown to your table the manager asked if the table was okay and even offered to find a different table in the restaurant in which you declined. Our booths do not accomodate a party of 9. Our filet mignon cuts are never 4 ounces (choice of 6 or 10 ounces) and are weighed prior to preparation. Additionally, all of our entrees come with complimentary soup or salad as well as a starch.
