Disappointed that they indicated the outdoor seating was enclosed and temp controlled.. it was not and was freezing . Tables were super small and service slow .. food was great and the servers were very nice

This lovely place exceeded our expectations! From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Drinks were excellent. For apps we got focaccia, araccini, and prosciutto as well as the radicchio pear salad- all were delicious and well seasoned. For entrees we got: lobster pasta, cacio e pepe ravioli, chicken paillard, and the tortellini in broth- all of these dishes were flavored with perfection. The ambiance is magical and the night was so sweet. Thank you for a wonderful time! Will definitely be back and hoping we can get another inside reservation.

Came here for my boyfriend’s birthday with his parents. From start to finish, our experience was amazing- which is happening less and less in NYC. The staff was so kind and friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. The atmosphere was beautiful! Quiet, cozy, not overwhelming and so clean. We started with the focaccia which was delicious and a couple of other appetizers. We all enjoyed our dishes and it was the perfect portion. Their cocktails are great too! Especially the classic spritz. The staff was so attentive and made my boyfriend’s day feel extra special. Thank you, Palma! Can’t wait to return.

A lot of hype, lot better in NYC. Made a reservation a month ago had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Food was good. They tried to make a chocolate martini but did not pull it off.

We had a great meal at Palma. The space is small, but we were made to feel welcome and really enjoyed the food. It has a neighbourhood feel to it which we enjoyed and the portion sizes weren’t over facing. A great night out.

We had a great experience. Loved all the GF options! Inside is a tight squeeze but I think that’s to be expected with most NYC restaurants.

Very fresh, delicious food. Recommend the scallops appetizer, set on a bed of mashed potatoes - melts in your mouth. Meatballs, any appetizer with eggplant. pear, radicchio and walnut salad makes you forget it's winter. The lamb chops are extraordinary and of a quality only a restaurant can get. Black cod Livorno - luscious!! Palma's pastry chef is exceptional - you can taste the actual ingredients without being overwhelmed by the sugar. Attentive, but not intrusive, staff. Charming, romantic setting, with fresh flowers everywhere!!

Fantastic all the way around. Octopus was amazing as were the beets in the beet salad. Spinach filled pasta fresh and delicious. Focaccia was crunchy crusted and great, best I’ve ever had. Tiramisu best ever. Pear pudding also delicious. Server was so great. All staff very attentive. We come to their restaurant everyone we come to NYC. We’ll be back!!
