   Over the top decorations make for a festive get together. That said, many items are in disrepair, broken, and should be tossed. Primary server and 2 assistants were very attentive. Cocktails were yummy!! Only negative is the food. Meals were incomplete, missing items noted in the menu. Medium rare steak frites was medium well and room temp/cold; fries were good. Croque madam and monsier were essentially French toast. If you want good/great French food, go to Le Grande Boucherie.

   The Christmas decor is amazing. It’s like stepping into santas shop. Loved it. My only letdown was the music. Visiting this time of year, wanting to experience the festive season with such beautiful festive decor, they should follow through with the theme and keep festive music. They played maybe one song every now and then. I understand the bar is very busy too but still, The food was good.

   Loved the Christmas decorations. Food and service were just ok. Steak was tough. Glad we saw it but would go somewhere else next trip for the $.

   Made a reservation back in September for a special night for our family before the holidays began. So glad we did. Our waiter, Romeo, was very kind and attentive. The decorations were a great reason to come alone. The food was good, even though the kitchen had run out of a few items; it was busy. Overall, A+ experience. My only constructive feedback is that our family was put at a picnic table for 4 with foldout chairs in a back room away from a lot of the fun things to observe. There wasn’t enough seating at our table for 5 so we knew the reservation wasn’t actually the real reservation. But the up side was that we got Romeo and the back room was quiet to talk as a family. It all worked out.

   We had to wait 45min for 2 sandwiches, the staff try their best but it’s not enough to called it good service

   Christmas decorations were beautiful and food was very good however service was terrible. We saw our waiter once maybe twice and just jumped to ask if we were ready to put food in after walking over the first time. Didn’t see her after that and had to wait at least 35 minutes for the check once they cleared our plates. Probably would still be waiting if we didn’t say anything.

   The restaurant was beautifully decorated but that’s where it end! They were out of soda, lemonade was tart! Waitress didn’t introduce herself and took over 10 minutes to get to table once we were seated. They are were out of 3/5 appetizers, no speciality drinks. 3/5 orders were incorrect! Took 2x for management to come! Would NEVER go back nor recommend!

   Ambience is just right to getting the holiday spirit. Food was good enough. Staff was friendly, but service was a little slow. A must visit during the holiday season!

   Just went here for the Christmas decor. Small choice of food options. Food is pricey for meh food. I wouldn’t come here for drinks because they are ridiculous on price and not Instagram worthy nor has alcohol

    Decorated brilliantly - the decorations being the main attraction. Food was good - menu limited. Service was terrible - the female on the entry desk was rude we were then sat for 25 minutes waiting for menus and a drink, plates not cleared after we had finished eating, you had to leave the table to locate waiters to serve you. 20% gratuity added automatically to the bill and then a feeling of annoyance from the waiter when we selected no additional tip on the payment machine. There’s definitely much better places at much better value like Lillies in Times Square.
