   Mi experiencia fue muy mala. La comida muy mala, la carne cruda, mal Servicio. Tuve 2 horas en espera. Me gustaria hasta un reembolso porque fue muy Costoso para muy mal Servicio.

   For the third straight New Year's Eve, we hit Pappas Bros downtown location for its 4 course prix fixe menu. Great choices and bountiful food that provided leftovers for another full meal. However, we were not seated until 35 minutes after our reservation time. And we were far from the only ones in this situation. That is simply unacceptable. A restaurant like this ought to do a better job of allocating its reservation slots to more realistically/accurately reflect how long it will take diners to enjoy their New Year's Eves. As much as we have enjoyed our meals, we will not return for a 4th New Year's Eve but will spend it somewhere else where a restaurant values our time and honors its reservation slots.

   Excellent food preparation and presentation, and event menu (New Year), was first class. Food was plentifully. Designated waiter was first class and general support servers very professional, all experienced in fine dining. Sitting for 2 was by the bar and not comfortable due to noise levels. Seating was excessively delayed from reservations hours; was this due to New Year's event? Or is it always? I would return if I can be seated on the main dining area.

   It was a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious. The ambiance was lovely. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays.

    Fantastic dining experience. We took our daughter for her birthday. Her first time. Service from Jillian was top notch and the steak and sides could not have been any better. We will be back soon.
