Chef Angelo Romano’s Paradiso restaurant exemplifies excellence. I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows.
The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients…
Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink.
It is because all these aspects meshed together seamlessly, effortlessly and impeccably. Whereas some restaurants try to impress, Paradiso is simply impressive

I have been looking for a great Italian restaurant since i came down here. I work for an Italian pasta company and this place was Molto Bono!

Unbelievable food. Fancy crowd, but not too stuffy. Everything was homemade, even the desserts. Note for the dairy sensitive, they do like to use cream in a few of their dishes; my wife is sensitive to dairy so she was hesitant to order her first choice on the menu. The veal was outstanding. We'll be back.

The host station seemed very disorganized. Seated at 7:40 for our 7 o’clock reservation Dining room staff very polite and efficient

We always have amazing food but this time it was Luke warm. They were over crowded so getting our server was difficult. We were never offered desert and had to wait forever for our check.
