   We were seated quickly, and the server attended to us right away. We ordered our food immediately, as we were hungry and had already decided what we wanted from their online menu. The food came out fast, and was piping hot and delicious.

   The food was quite good and the service was good; both were better than I have ranked them because my experience was negatively impacted by the overly long wait for my party to be seated. We had booked the igloo experience -- which was great -- IF we hadn't had to wait nearly an hour to get our igloo. The time slots were supposed to be for two hours, and the prior party overstayed their slot and apparently was allowed to stay as long as they wanted, which resulted in our having to wait nearly an hour for ours to begin. We were on time for our reservation, which meant we had to stand at the bar for just under an hour, with the waitstaff constantly bumping into us as they served, awkwardly having to navigate around us. The igloo experience is fun and worth experiencing, and the food is very good, but the lack of ability to keep diners to the time slots negatively affects the overall experience.

   I booked an Igloo experience with a few of my friends. From beginning to end, it was fantastic! The Igloo included a space heater to adjust to your temperature preference, a “faux” fireplace for ambience, a Bluetooth speaker to connect your phone to, as well as cozy blankets! The cocktails and food were wonderful and the service was impeccable! Very attentive wait staff! Highly recommended!

   All in all Park Cafe is a winner. My only complaint is the draftiness of the various dining rooms that leaves me with a chill almost immediately after being seated.

   Food was amazing. Ambience was good, not great. Expected more from looking at the Instagram pics. Service was poor. Very slow and inattentive. It was as if we were an afterthought. The igloo wasn't heated up when we got there. Two of the vent flaps were still standing open letting cold air in. From the time we were seated, we waited 20 minutes before we got our drinks. Ordered a $50 fondue plate as part of our meal and ran out of cheese to dip in halfway through the tray. We rented the space for 1 hr and 45 minutes and the waiter didn't serve us promptly enough to even ask if we wanted dessert. We had to move to a different location to eat our dessert. Could've been a magical evening if the server had treated us as more of a priority than an afterthought. As it stood, due to the poor service, despite the outstanding food, the experience was below average and not worth the over $200 bill we paid.
