   Park is an excellent choice for a high quality Japanese/Korean meal. While EXTREMELY expensive, it definitely delivers a next-level experience. I think this is a splurge option for most of us watching our budgets. Presentation and service are superb. Ambience is fun. (Casually elegant). I had a shrimp tempura appetizer which had a crispy exterior and puping hit moist, fresh shrimp interior. The dipping sause was perfectly spiced, to ensure that the shrimp taste dominated. I ordered a Park Box cimbination of sushi and nigiri. All but two of the nicely sized pieces were delicious. The two I did not like may have had sea urchin inside (not sure) but VERY very pungent fish flavour. A word to the wise. If you finish with a coffee, watch your fingers. The ciffee is steaming hot and the beautiful cups have no handles. Ouch.

   Went for a set menu on Valentine’s Day. Dishes were inconsistent. The fish and sushi were the stand out courses. The alcohol pairing was excellent and good value. For the overall price (780$ for two people with tax and tip), I expected an outstanding meal, and therefore was a bit disappointed.

   The 6 course tasting menu was outstanding with great variety and presentation. The service was thoughtful and each dish was clearly described as it was served. The sashimi and nigiri sushi were great - flavors and textures were on point. The highlight was the steamed custard dessert which was flavorful, complex and delicious! It is expensive but you are rewarded with a memorable evening!

   Souper entre amis (4) nous avons choisis le menu dégustation 7 services 195$ chacun La fraicheur et le goût des poissons Excellent , présentation superbe, artistique équilibré Dans le menu dégustation il y a deux services de plats chaud Calmar et pieuvre les 2 plats n'était pas digne de mention, le goût bon, mais la texture ouf … caoutchouteux autant le morceau de calmar que le morceau de pieuvre. Le serveur nous as offert pour la table une assiette de 4 sushi au thon pour nous faire oublier notre mécontentement pour les 2 plats chaud. Apéro maison très bon. Carte des vins bien complète, le serveur connaissait ses produits et nous a bien aiguillé dans nos choix de saké et de vin. Es ce que nous y retournerons … probablement pas. Nous croyons qu'a ce prix 315.00$ par personne avant service. Tout aurait du être parfait.

    On tentait d’avoir une réservation chez Park depuis longtemps, et l’attente en a valu la peine. Une expérience gustative extraordinaire. Je n’ai jamais mangé d’aussi bon nigiris. Nous reviendrons assurément. Merci à toute l’équipe du restaurant qui rend l’expérience inoubliable.
