The Nigiri and Sashimi are the best I had in Montreal. The croquette and quail courses of the tasting menu were of average quality. Next time I will have only the Nigiri and Sashimi.

Nous avons pris menu 6 services. La qualité et quantité étaient parfaite pour la plupart des plats. Toutefois la pieuvre était trop cuite sèche et le plat dans son ensemble fade. Malgré la qualité ça demeure un restaurant très très cher. Pour ce prix on s’attendrait aussi à un service plus soigné.

Mais que dire de cette expérience!!! Notre hobby est de visiter les meilleures restaurants et nous avons été agréablement surpris de la qualité de la nourriture, mais encore plus du service. Amicale, blagueur mais tellement professionnel, Tristan a su rehausser notre expérience avec tellement d'aisance. À bientot!

Décevant, très peux de variété, on ne peux pas choisir les sushi le choix est fait par le chef. Maki très gros, mais ordinaire. Je suis un habitué de sushi et ce que nous avons reçu est très loin de la qualité et du goût des bons restos japonais. Nous avons aussi commander l'entrée légume tempira et encore cela n'était pas à la hauteur, pâte mal cuite et des choix de légumes comme poivron rouge n'est pas agréable. Pour finir, l'entrée tempura, 6 sushi, 3maki et un dessert avec une bouteille de vin pourr $350.00 est sincèrement extrêmement trop cher. Il y a de meilleur resto de sushi à Montréal .
