Le Passionfish propose une expérience culinaire unique en Californie avec de la nourriture et du vin de qualité dans une atmosphère ludique et décontractée. Le menu en constante évolution présente les plus frais des fruits de mer provenant de source durable, de la viande à cuisson lente, des légumes bio et de délicieux desserts, le tout accompagné par une carte des vins médaillés dont les tarifs correspondent presque au prix de vente au détail, bien plus accessibles que le prix attendu. Le Passionfish appartient et est géré par le chef Ted Walter et sa femme Cindy Walter, ardents défenseurs d'une éducation sur la durabilité des sources de provenance des produits de la mer. L'établissement fut le premier restaurant officiellement certifié « vert » dans le comté de Monterey.

    Wonderful food and service! Every table was filled, but we were always attended to. Festive Valentine theme was fun, too!

    Service: Our server was nice and attentive, but forgot a component of a starter which ended up coming out after I was done with the starter. And a runner put his finger in our water glass. Food: The food was good, but most dishes were only warm, not hot. Even our tea with desert wasn’t hot. This was probably the most disappointing aspect of the meal. For mains, the spooned lamb was quite good, but the duck confit wasn’t delicious. Overall: I expected more for a $200 meal (no alcohol). It was a fine experience, but I wouldn’t go back.

    We had a fabulous experience. The wait staff was quick and efficient. The food was delicious! They even gave people waiting for a table a glass of champagne.

    Charming and Cozy location in Pacific Grove! Easy to park in front .. lots of spaces. The welcome at the entrance is always professional and so friendly! Outstanding food and service …always! Delicious Smoked Trout Ceviche Tostaditas, Cashew Pesto, Spicy Salsa Brava and amazing Black Bean-Goat Cheese Fritters, Salsa Fresca for the appetizers..! Gorgeous main course with fresh and tasty products Do not miss the Lamb Breast, Chickpea Meyer Lemon Stew, Goat Cheese Sauce and the Sea Scallops, Tomato-Truffle Butter, Savory Rice Custard .. a must! Wonderful deserts, banana bread pudding, chocolate torte, fresh pana cotta with strawberries coulis! Perfect dinner for the 4 of US! Do not miss this place .. far away the best in this area🙏❤️

    My wife and I had an amazing experience with our dinner at PassionFish on Valentine’s Day. The food choices were predominantly seafood, which is why we went there, but they had good selections of salad, lamb, chicken, beef and veg as well. The dishes we ordered were prepared to perfection and our waitress was very knowledgeable about them. She explained the various items on the menu to us and helped us make great selections for drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert. At the end, the owner himself came by and chatted with us for a couple of minutes. All in all, this is a restaurant I would very highly recommend.

    Delightful. Every item was delicious, fresh, unique and plates to perfection. Our server was knowledgeable and provided great recommendations.

    My husband and I first went to this restaurant almost 25 years ago. It was wonderful and still is. The service is always impeccable. The food is well prepared and well presented. The wine list is large with many half bottle options. They also don't mark up their wine as much as many restaurants do. This was the first time we'd been since the change in ownership and everything was on point. I'd love to see a few more items on their menu, not because their menu is lacking, but just because I know how well they execute their dishes and it's nice to try something new. (We had a venison dish there 25 years ago that we still talk about!)

    Excellent food and service, some of the best in the neighborhood. Loved the scallop entree, the prawn entree, the squid appetizer and the beet salad. Well priced wine list. Highly recommend it.

    We had a spectacular Valentine’s dinner. Crab salad is superb. Also had tuna, trout, and scallops & everyone loved their meal. The chocolate sorbet & bread pudding for dessert were both devoured. The prices are about half compared to Carmel restaurants & the food is much better.
