I hope this was just an off night. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. We were seated as a couple in a room for large parties in the back. We usually come to Paulette’s for the ambiance. There were large parties in the room and we couldn’t even hear each other speak. The table wasn’t even completely set. They had to grab glasses off another table and there were crumbs on the table. We sat at the table for around 15 minutes before anyone came to give us water and or take a drink order. I assume that they are understaffed. The food was ok , but we consider this a romantic restaurant and it missed the mark tonight. When we were leaving there were many tables that were empty in a quieter part of the restaurant. I’m assuming we weren’t set there due to lack of staff.

We enjoyed brunch at Paulette’s. The server was pleasant, but they seemed to be a bit short staffed even though they weren’t that busy. The popovers with strawberry butter were delicious! We enjoyed the mimosa and Bloody Mary. My son’s waffles looked divine! I enjoyed the crab cakes benedict. I would definitely eat there again.

Paulette's did not disappoint! From the crab cake starter, to tge traditional turkey dinner (those sweet potatoes were out of this world), to the best darn bourbon pecan pie and chocolate cake, ever eaten. Absolutely the best food! My family and I will definitely go back.

This was our first experience ever dining out for Thanksgiving. My wife and I are Elders. Great experience. The redfish/crab entree was excellent; as was the crab cake appetizer. Dessert was awesome. Our waitperson was friendly and professional. We traveled up from Stockbridge, GA. Delightful!

As always…another wonderful holiday fare! We’ve been going to Paulette’s for our holiday meals (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter) for about 7 years now and thoroughly enjoy the experience.
