It had been several years (pro-COVID) since we'd eaten at Peaks. At the time, the prices were such that it made it reasonable to pay the tram fare too. Not this time. A very basic dinner for 4 was over $450 all-in (1 appetizer, 6 cocktails/glasses of wine, 4 entrees, 2 desserts, 4 tram tickets, parking). It would be nice if dining got you a discount on the team fare. Or if locals got a discount to get there. It was a nice evening, but we won't be back.

It was pretty and the food was good but none of us liked the tram ride up to the top. Packed like sardines. Other people having panic attacks, babies crying etc.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the food and the scenery. However, we sincerely apologize for the cramped conditions during the tram ride. We understand that having other passengers nearby can make such discomfort worse. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will look for ways to improve the ride experience for all our guests. We will share your concerns with the Tramway Operations team. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back in the restaurant area in the future.

My husband and I have dined at Peaks before and loved the experience. We took our family back for Christmas dinner and were very disappointed in the quality of the food. We love the Tramway experience but, we Weill skip the dinner next time.

The view from this restaurant are impressive. The food we've tried is good, but a bit pricey. The service is good but always seems rushed. The cocktails, with-out a doubt, are the most we've EVER paid anywhere, anytime! Absolutely ridiculously over priced. Frank at the bar is the best!

Horrible restaurant in a great location. You pay $15 to park and good money to take the tram ride up so the thought is to make good and eat at the fancy restaurant. You would be better off at the cafe or just viewing it all from the observation deck. For the price of food, it is bad. Not okay, but chain restaurant quality. 1) No bread. 2) Service was good, we even delayed between apps and main courses.. but it all came out together. No manager to apologize, except the server. Not expecting anything to be comped but it all does feel rushed and intentional. 3) Salad was good. The rest of the food is bad, and they delivered it all at once.. 4) View is okay, but you would be better off standing at the many observation decks and enjoying a better high end meal in palm springs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. While we're glad you enjoyed the salad and appreciated the service, we understand the importance of timing and the quality of food, especially for a restaurant in our location. We strive to provide a memorable dining experience, and it seems we fell short in this instance. Your comments will be addressed with our kitchen and service team to ensure improvements are made. We appreciate your suggestions about the overall experience and hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future. Thank you again for your valuable input!
