   Service at Peasant Cookery was mediocre....waitress was slow to table to take drink orders, and just did the bare minimum service. Food was okay, but nothing special....a meal you likely could make at home. The atmosphere was good, and the oysters were fresh and tasty on the appetizer side.

   We love this restaurant and the corner table at the front window . Wonderful warm friendly service and great food.

   A splendid fine dining eperience without feeling overly formal. The food was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the perfectly seasoned toriere and the mesmerizing mouth watering beef carspaccio. Great cocktails as well! Definitely plan on going again.

   Always good food. Service polite and efficient. Nice and close to the concert hall so perfect for pre show dinner.

   Everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks and they were able to accommodate us from a table of 4 to a table of 5.

   We had a pre-performance meal prior to the ballet Giselle. We really enjoy the peasant cookery. Noise levels are a little bit high but tolerable. Service was amazing and the food was terrific. My only comment would be that no vegetables were served with the steak and Frites. The tortiere was amazing as well as the tarte flambé

   Used to be one of my favourite places to dine. Unfortunately the last several times we have been there the food has not been fantastic.

   Went for an early meal. Party of 3 shared 5 appetizers, a few mocktails and split a crème brulée cheesecake. The apps were amazing and honestly, for 3 of us, 5 apps stuffed us all. Service was fantastic. Our server had been working there for nearly 10 years, and it is obvious that she is passionate about her profession and the restaurant. Strongly, strongly recommend this place. Fantastic value for the money spent.
