   The restaurant appears nothing like the photos. Very run down. The food and quality were subpar at best. Very loud. Even upon the management inquiring as to what our displeasure was, there was no offer of any recompense. We will not return

   The restaurant was absolutely stunning and the food was amazing. However, my partner and I realized quickly that all of the tables around us were being waited on much more often than us. I wouldn’t say service was bad by any means and no one was rude, but it was very evident that we were not getting the service those around us were. We were dressed in upscale business casual so I’m not sure if it was because of us looking younger than others there or what else it could’ve been. But I left definitely feeling disappointed in that regard.

   This is a vibey spot with great music selection and exceptional service. Really enjoyed the drinks and food, but the environment and the staff made the dinner extra special.

   I’ve never had brunch at Perch before it was good. I loved that they had live music playing. The bread pudding dessert was amazing.

   Our waitress was awful. She had an attitude from the start. When a friend of mine was trying to pronounce one of the dishes, the waitress spoke over her stating what the plate was in a very rude tone. She never came to check back on us and had to flag down the busboys to help with drinks and utensils. When we asked her if they could turn the fireplace on as I asked during reservations she said “sure” but never came back, keep in mind it’s 50 degrees outside. I recommended this restaurant to my friends and for me to pay $600+, I have a feeling she was getting a guaranteed gratuity so she didn’t have to come check or work for it. What a waist.

   Our server Darius was excellent. We were in an outdoor area (in fact most of the restaurant is outside) The views from the 15th floor were excellent and as the sky darkened, the lights from buildings around us were quite impressive. We enjoyed our meals, my lobster pasta was delicious, the flavors from the sauce, the lobster, fresh peas and the crunchy topping along with micro greens and nasturtiums was the perfect combination. My husband really liked his steak, cooked perfectly along with the green puréed potatoes! Apparently the green color came from Thyme (I thought it may have been from the green peas!) It was a little chilly, I would have dressed a little warmer had I known. The heater over our table wasn’t working, but the staff did try to get it going again!

    Always a great time here, I’ve been here several times. This time my friend was visiting from Cancun and I wanted to take him to a cute rooftop restaurant. We came really for drinks and bites. I didn’t know they had a happy which is between 4-6pm one of my favorite food items on the menu is the short rib toast I believe it is. Wow so good this needs to be added to the main menu! Service was lovely as always I can’t remember my servers name but he was friendly and gave us wine options, the manager was checking on tables and when he stopped our he asked how are night was going etc I told him we were celebrating my friends final night visiting and he surprisingly sent over a glass of bubbles. Such a wonderful gesture. 😭 anyways I love this spot I highly recommend stopping by. Some nights they have live music this is such a cute spot
