In the heart of rural Northumberland in the village of Chatton you'll find The Percy Arms; an ideal place to visit, dine or stay in luxury. Take a drive Northbound on the A1 from Morpeth (a mere 36 miles), follow the signs for Chillingham Castle and you'll descend on the peace and tranquillity of Chatton. On your drive there, you'll witness the spectacle of the Cheviot Hills, the varied hues of the grasses and heaths and appreciate the true splendour of our county.
The Percy Arms is the ideal place to visit or stay for those looking for a relaxing break in informal but luxurious surroundings in the Northumberland countryside. The Percy Arms is in close proximity to some fantastic places including the spectacular Northumberland coastline, National Park, fine Castles and country houses, splendid churches and delightful towns and villages. Adults £95 and children £55. We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance paid by the 1st December along with your pre-order. I booked for 6 people for Sunday lunch but unfortunately 3 of our party were delayed by 40 minutes. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was a problem to them . When we eventually arrived and our food was served it was delicious. Some had chicken , others lamb. Both were great, tasty and piping hot. Would definitely recommend and will eat there again.

Great food, and the service we received was lovely. However, there were not enough staff working and they were clearly doing the best they could. One or two people would have alleviated matters. Worth a visit.

We found a little gem in the Percy Arms the room was outstanding the food was superb and the staff could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We will return without any doubt

Had an excellent Sunday lunch. Food was beautifully presented and quantities were generous. Staff were prompt, interested and helpful . Would definitely go back

An exceptional experience. A fantastic location and a beautiful place. The team were so welcoming and the food and service second to non. A very relaxing 4 days away.

Excellent meal at The Percy Arms. Staff very friendly & helpful, we had trouble driving there due to flooding and road closures, we phoned and they held our table until we arrived. The food was delicious. Highly recommend if staying in the area.

Food and service were fantastic. Was disappointed however that the request left on my booking reservation was ignored. Had specifically asked for the table by the fire place and was given a different one. Also, I had mentioned it was a celebration with my grandma about my recent engagement with my Fiancé, this was also overlooked.
