   There was a problem with the electricity, so we dined by candlelight, it was quite dark... The most embarrassing thing was that the waiter didn't present us with the specialities of the day, which might have been of interest to us. Compared with other regular customers, we were a bit snubbed...

   It is a beautiful restaurant and the service is amazing. Our appetizer, the burrata, was very good, but our meals were less than lackluster. My daughter and I both ordered the lamb Bolognese with rigatoni and it was oddly dry and unflavored for $45! It looked bad and tasted worse. My husband ordered the salmon and the fish was very good,but tiny, and the potatoes that came with it were undercooked and underseasoned. It was a shame to spend that much money for a meal that really wasn’t worth it.

   First time back since they added a full-service bar. Excellent selection of wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails. And the food and service were phenomenal as always.

   We had a fabulous experience at PSI, food was awesome, waiter was great! Definitely check them out, when in Cape May!

   Long time fan of PSI, but this was a highly mediocre meal. It started with poorly made, tiny, weak cocktails from their newly opened bar. $22/cocktail, it better be excellent and they weren’t even close. I had a burrata salad to start; envision deconstructed burrata with a couple sprigs of arugula. The entrees weee just ok. Prices at PSI keep rising and the value keeps sliding. Our server was excellent and apologized for the misdeeds of the mixologist and chef. Maybe ownership should refocus on their business and not be distracted.

   We were celebrating a friend’s milestone birthday tonight. We could not have picked any more perfect venue.. Everything was fantastic; the food, the surface, the atmosphere. Dillon was an attentive server perfectly paced out evening. From appetizer to dessert, the meal was spectacular.

   I made a reservation in March with a prix fixe menu request. When we arrived, we were told this option was not available. When seated, the server even suggested that we could go to another local restaurant! Throughout the meal, he showed his lack of interest by humming while bringing our food and asking to pardon his reach instead of serving from the opposite side. The food was very good (see attached picture of the salmon); the inn was very nice. Unfortunately we were seated at a four top rather than a two because the best seats apparently are reserved to the overnight patrons. Last but not least, we were under the impression that formal attire was strongly recommended but most guests were dressed very casually. I was glad to have had the opportunity to dine there but I will not return.
