Christine graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Her dishes revisit traditional French cuisine but use different flavors and tastes. She works to provide lighter and healthier ingredients wherever possible while maintaining that special French touch.

    My wife took me out for a birthday dinner and I couldn't have been more pleased. Owner Stephan and maitre d' Milan were friendly, professional and made the evening fun and lighthearted with their knowledge and their humor. Very nice wine list if you enjoy fine wines at reasonable prices and our dishes, each and every one, were well prepared and delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. For those who may avoid going to an upscale French establishment such as Chez Catherine thinking it too "snooty" or fancy for you, put that thought out of your mind and go. The owner and staff here will make you feel like you are in France and ensure you have a great experience. we will be returning.

    Food is fantastic. Service was excellent. it is a little 'brisk' feeling as the table spaces are a little tight and it is hustling and bustling but its a great place and you'll love the food. It may not be the soothing romantic place - probably best for meeting up with friends or established couple!
