The food and service at Tribute were easily the best I’ve experienced in Halifax.More infoTributePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Halifax•4.9

The food is outstanding and served family style, so try lots of things!! I recommend the carrots - they are my favourite dish every time. They cook everything in a huge woodfire oven, that is open to the restaurant, which adds amazing aroma and experience to the evening. Plus, the service is next level.More infoSip Bar & FarePrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Dartmouth•4.7
- AAshleyAtlantic Canada •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoFirst time dining at the Five Fishermen in Halifax. We are visiting from Saskatchewan and had always wanted to spend an evening there. Our experience exceeded our expectations. The ambience was amazing. Kristen - our waitress - was wonderful. We had 2 Celiacs (must eat gluten free) at our table and she really went above and beyond to guide us through the menu and ensure that our meals were prepared safely. Most items were gluten free. We shared 2 appetizers between the 4 of us. For our main meals - and because they were out of fresh lobsters - she had the chef create a lovely gluten free lobster and scallop risotto for two of us - which wasn't on the menu...but was fantastic. The men had steak and a burger. I had a glass of wine and the men had 2 draft beer each. For $249.99 plus tip, that was a great experience and more than worth the cost. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Highly, highly recommend. Will return the next time I'm in town. Cheers from Saskatchewan!!More infoThe Five FishermenPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Halifax•4.7
