Inspired by cycles of seasonal-transformation, Saison Winery strives to carefully cultivate, harvest, craft, and age our wines to reflect the terroir in which they are grown. Saison wines are hand-crafted by Saison Hospitality co-founder and wine director Mark Bright, who is a passionate advocate of winemaking and vineyards in the Santa Cruz Mountains through the lens of his love for the wines of Burgundy. With a focus on small lot production and single vineyard expression, we source our fruit from some of the finest vineyard sites in the Santa Cruz Mountains, working with them through the entire process, from the growing season to harvest and finally the cellar, where our wines are exactingly matured. We invite you to join us in our downtown Los Gatos tasting room to experience a taste of Saison.
In fairness to all guests, Open Table reservations are accepted *ONLY* for parties of 6 to 10 people. Smaller parties are walk-in only; larger parties should call ahead for special arrangements.We serve an international and Local selection of wine by the glass and bottle. We have recently added a number of local craft beers on tap as well as a broad assortment of local canned beers. We have also expanded our food menu. Savvy Cellar Wine Bar is located in downtown Mountain View right off Castro Street. next to the Caltrain tracks and adjacent to the Mountain View VTA light rail station.
