The setting feels intimate and wildly special, with just 12 seats surrounding the open kitchen, complemented by a lounge area for a welcome cava before dinner or a post-tasting menu digestif. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing. This is not merely another dining experience; it’s an intimate journey through the heart and soul of a Puerto Rican cook and his global culinary influences. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation.
