Both our server and food runner took time to explain every part of the menu, and the aspects to each dish we ordered. My partner and I are certain we’ve had some of the best cocktails and the best sushi at Miku. Quality is their specialty and their service is always impeccable. Especially on a busy night like Valentine’s Day, everything ran smoothly for us and we were provided with a booth for the two of us which made dinner extra special! Thank you to the manager as well for responding quickly via email when I had questions about the set menu! They separated our salad into separate dishes knowing that we were sharing (without our request) and had the tongs ready to go to share our pastas. It’s a high level of trust and autonomy. The snacks and each dish was well crafted with detail and care. All of the ingredients gelled together into a symphony of taste that was balanced with acid and umami. The Arctic Char was expertly cooked with a crispy skin and living on a bed of hummus which surprised us with textures.
