- CClarievipHawaii •7 reviews5.0Dined todayWe love Star Noodle! I haven’t found an appetizer or entree that wasn’t delicious yet! Our group of friends always order the pohole salad, miso butterfish, chicken wings, steamed pork buns, bacon and eggs, hapa ramen, garlic noodles, pad Thai, Lahaina fried soup, Singapore noodles, and dim sum. I could keep going! Their desserts are great too. The only thing I would love even more is the option of having stuffed malasadas (with custard) instead of plain ones. That would be heaven for me, personally! The prices are very affordable and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Fantastic overall! Can’t wait to go there again. We’re so glad you reopened! Aloha and mahalo from your Maui residents!More infoStar NoodlePrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Lahaina•4.7
- OTOpenTable DinerSacramento / Sacramento Valley •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoUnfussy restaurant next to the retail shops and market. Don’t let the look fool you - the flavors and service are excellent. We were grateful that the server explained the most efficient way to order. Family style ordering - pick a protein and a few sides. Where we landed: - we ordered the poke bowl appetizer. More bites of flavor, less poke bowl. Flavors are like tiny explosions, and the texture is divine. Could’ve eaten four more, easily. - crab cakes. Four small delicious cakes crafted from scallops and shrimp with a dusting of some delicious and easily-tolerated spice. Again, Lineage nails not only flavors but masters of texture. - broccolini. Well presented plate. Delicious. - Szechuan noodles. Flavor. Texture. Generous portion. Give it a toss before you dive in. My mouth is still watering. This will absolutely be a regular spot when we return to Maui. They are a farm to fork restaurant with fresh, intentional flavors with a nod to their farm partners. New favorite spot.More infoLineage MauiPrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Wailea•4.8

- LGLGVBMomvipSan Francisco Bay Area •46 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoLoves every minute of our visit to MonkeyPod. Seated immediately on the side patio. Jess greeted us and brought us 3 Mai tais and a whiskey sour - delicious! Then we shared a Gem Salad and a Brocli Salad - both delicious but the Brocli was so unique we all agreed it was the best. Fish Tacos, Fish and Chops and Macademia Nut encrusted Mahi Mahi we all excellent but my Rib Eye was over the top. Cooked to perfection. We had a bottle of Tempranillo which paired well with everything and topped it all off with Banana Cream pie. Would recommend the entire meal all over again. Jess was an excellent waitress!More infoMonkeypod Kitchen - WaileaPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Wailea•4.7
- CChristineHawaii •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoCasanova has been a favorite go-to dinner restaurant for my girlfriends and myself for many years. We start off with freshly baked focaccia bread, still warm from the oven, cut into easily manageable single serving cubes, served with a generous portion of olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping, and enjoyi our bread while we peruse both the wine offerings and dinner menu. Our choice of wine was a lovely Montepulciano from Italy. Although the antipasti (appetizers) called to us, we bypassed them to save room for the main course. Our entrees this evening included the Mediterranean salad, chock full of crispy fresh greens and veggies, flavorful feta cheese, and kalamata olives in a homemade lemon vinaigrette dressing; Tagliolini Alla Checca, a type of ribbon pasta mixed in with organic spinach, pine nuts, garlic, capers, and fresh Roma tomatoes with a touch of shaved parmesan cheese; and lastly, a classic Italian dish of Fettuccine in a rich creamy sauce—all three of them generous, satisfying servings, leaving no room for dessert. Our waiter Christopher was as charming and efficient as could be, appearing when needed, and leaving us to enjoy our time together without interrupting.More infoCasanova Italian RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Makawao•4.7
