Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Elk Grove Village

This was our first experience at Porto 31. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and very exuberant about giving recommendations. The menu provides some very unique options you don’t see in other restaurants. We were a group of six and all order different main course items, all of which were very good. I would recommend the donuts for the table and the other dessert items we order were all very good.

We had a great lunch! Everything was delicious. Service was exceptional. Some of us had not been there before. Our waiter did a wonderful job walking us through the menu and highlighting their specialties. The restaurant was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the calamari and the meatballs to start. Both were delicious! We split the antipasto salad (also really good). All entrees were delicious and the portions are very large. You won’t leave hungry! We all had leftovers. Can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING!! I very rarely complete a review. In this case, I JUMPED at the opportunity! The pasta and lamb were outstanding, and the baked calamari appetizer was to die for, especially loved the red sauce! We had a chance to meet the owner, Christopher, who couldn’t have been more pleased that we REALLY enjoyed our experience. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUR NEW GO TO RESTAURANT IN THE LOGAN SQUARE AREA, IF NOT FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN CHICAGO! 

Love the create your stir fry option so I can pick my veggies and add tofu, chow fun noodles and enjoy a yummy meal! Great for vegans!

Great atmosphere for the holidays. Good food- not cheap but good and service was good. Will be back soon!
