Inspirée par ses voyages pleins de saveurs, Candy DeBartolo souhaite apporter quelque chose de différent à la scène culinaire dans le nord de Tampa : une destination culinaire où tout ce qui se passe autour de la table est sacré, un endroit où chaque détail compte. Avec son équipe d'experts passionnés, elle a ouvert Sacred Pepper afin de proposer une nouvelle approche des plats classiques préférés dans une atmosphère accueillante. Des ingrédients locaux et des pâtes et sauces faites de A à Z font partie du menu américain contemporain, qui comporte une touche méditerranéenne. Les cocktails sont quant à eux inspirés par les cultures du monde entier et par les saveurs modernes, traditionnelles et d'avant la prohibition.
Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
We bought La Casa della Pasta in 2017 and moved from our home in the Langhe in Piedmont, located in the northwest of Italy to the sunshine state.
