Our vision combines New Orleans inspired recipes with handpicked top-notch local ingredients. We are Cincinnati's only New Orleans inspired gastro pub and we are passionate about staying true to those roots. Our mid-19th century building beckons our guests to come in for one of 18 all craft beers and wine on draft, a house made craft cocktail or one of our lovely small production wines. However, the food is the star at BrewRiver. Our outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink and an amazing meal! You may be lucky enough to wander in on a night where a blues, folk or jazz musician is playing! Our goal is to give you a little bit of The Big Easy right here in The Queen City! We hope you will come join us and Laissez les bon temps roulez!

I spent nearly 10 years living in Louisiana. Sometimes I get craving authentic Cajun cuisine. Doesn't get more authentic than this. Gumbo here is SO good. Key to great gumbo is the roux. You can tell the painstaking attention to detail has been adhered to. Love this place. Live music (on a Saturday night), friendly, impeccable service without hovering (thank you, Tina!), incredible food and drink, and an owner, Joby, who cares about her customers. Thanks for a wonderful evening, Brew River Creole Kitchen. In a town with many wonderful dining options, you'll be part of my regular dining places! Five of five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice food. Excellent fried pickles and fish and chips. I suggest the Parmesan fries. The flight was also good with the house light lager being a highlight. Good service and had a nice Valentine’s Day with my fiance !!

We ate at The Davidson for Valentine’s Day dinner and had an amazing experience! The staff was so kind and handed out roses to all the tables which was such a sweet touch. Every dish we had was incredible, especially the arancini and the vodka rigatoni. The bread and butters were also delicious and my husband loved his scallop dish! The only thing we were slightly bummed about was being seated in the heated patio area as the inside is so beautifully designed, but it was still a lovely meal and warm! Can’t wait to go back again!

We have not been here for a number of years. Previously, the portions were small and the prices were too high for what you got. However, last night was fantastic. All four of us had HERB CRUSTED HALIBUT grilled grits, carrot beurre blanc, leek. We had sides of SMASHED YUKON GOLD POTATOES fried rosemary and parmesan and ROASTED CAULIFLOWER miso brown butter, urfa biber, parmesan. The sides were huge and were shared by all four of us. The portions were great and the flavors were amazing. For dessert we had the BASQUE BURNT CHEESECAKE (crustless), which was the best that I have had out at a restaurant. What a change! We will be back. I recommend everyone try this place again!
