- JJonathanvipNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAbsolutely amazing is an understatement. Our server Leon was above and beyond throughout our experience here, yes eating here is an experience. The two of us had the oysters, Canadian bacon, Emperor steak for two (which was enough for 4 people), and sides. To top it off…the cheesecake was magnificent to say the least. Again overall great place, food and ambiance. We attended on a Friday night before a 7pm broadway show. The manager was even so kind to hold our left over food for us since we couldn’t bring the food into the theater.More infoEmpire Steak House - Times SquarePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• West New York•4.8
- AAlexaGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoElvish really went ABOVE and beyond. I honestly think this experience was undercharged and I never say that. They had coat check, made arrangements for my nut allergy without me even asking, I had 3 points of contact congratulate us for our anniversary. We genuinely didn’t expect anything and they surprised us with a dessert. Then I believe was the manager is started with a Y- I’m so mad I forgot her name was so personable and took the time to get to know us and really make our experience memorable. My boyfriend and I walked out and said “Wow that was the best service we’ve experienced from any place”. Do not hesitate and reserve your spot asap, especially during the holiday season. Thank you guys for making our evening so amazing.More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4
- SSuzNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis is my second time coming to this teatime. It was awesome as the first however, what I think is as important as the quality of the food and chocolates was the experience of the ambience. Jonny (the trouble maker) has made both this experience and the last one equally as enjoyable. Next time I will call in advance and make sure he’s there before booking.
