Une visite au Tin Roof Bistro vous plongera dans l'architecture de la mission de Santa Barbara. Vous y serez accueillis par trois arches et une décoration en acajou. De grands bols d'agrumes colorés, utilisés pour les cocktails, trônent sur le long bar de 6 mètres. Celui-ci est parfait pour boire un verre de vin ou manger une bouchée.
