Inspired by the wood-fired Robata grills of Japan, Mizu offers a refreshed take on live-fire cooking atop the Hyatt Centric in the heart of Charlotte’s SouthPark neighborhood.     My husband and I are supportive of the Chef and how his food is amazing. We had the most amazing time! Our waitress was absolutely amazing, professional and attentive. She also gave me a great suggestion on cocktails and she was right! It was a beautiful time we had, low level noise and a vibe. We had the option of sitting outside and it was beautiful. The food….AMAZING!!!! I have been wanting to try the Braised Beef Meatloaf and it did not disappoint! My hubby has the trout which was great, and the 3 Cheess Mac and Cheese and Grits were surprisingly great! We also had sweet potatoes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is filled with love and will leave you full!

    We had a great time. The place is beautiful, environment lively. We often had to flag down servers for an order or bill, but they were kind and friendly when they were there. Highly recommend.
