Le SUSHI SASABUNE vient tout juste d'être nommé « Meilleur restaurant à Hawaii » et remporte le « Top Food Honors » selon un sondage 2011/2012 du magazine Zagat. Mais vous êtes avisé : vous n'y trouverez pas de rouleaux californiens et la majorité des sushis « OMAKASE - choix du chef » ne doivent pas être assaisonnés de sauce soja ou de wasabi. Cela devrait être une nouvelle expérience pour vous, et vous l'apprécierez certainement. Chaque petite assiette est destinée à complémenter la précédente et à vous préparer à la prochaine. Vous goûterez à des sashimi et à de véritables sushis artisanaux. Un critique gastronomique local, après avoir partagé un souper dans ce restaurant, a décrit le style des sushi comme suit : « Les poissons et crustacés sont extrêmement frais.
