Pizza very good along with bouillabaisse. Fresh pasta. Make sure to ask which sauce is spicy though.More infoNorth Italia - Charlotte - BallantynePrice: Moderate• Italian• Ballantyne•4.5

- MDMyahDCharlotte •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe made a reservation 2 days before, and were promptly seated on arrival. At 9:30 am the place was already pretty busy. We had to wait on our server to get to us but nothing offensively long. I ordered shrimp and grits, and my husband ordered the shrimp and crab omelette. We got garlic bread and smoked salmon tostini’s to share. The bread and tostini’s and my entree were great! My husband’s omelette was little dry (the pesto in the omelette isn’t enough for him, he’s a saucy guy). We requested hollandaise sauce to go with it, and it was better but overall a 6.5/10 for that dish. I ordered a caramel iced cappuccino, but didn’t get any caramel in it. Overall we really enjoyed the experience, and we’re definitely coming back to try some more options out, a lot of things on the menu looked promising!More infoEggspectation - CharlottePrice: Moderate• American• Ballantyne•4.5
- TTomCharlotte •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoMade last minute reservations and they were able to get us in. We were seated right away in a busy area but we still were able to have normal conversation and enjoy the time together. We had Mussels in Red Sauce that were nice and garlicky. Mussels cooked perfectly. Side Ceasar salad which was just enough and didn’t fill me up. Then the main dishes of Seafood over Squid Ink pasta for my wife and Short rib Ravioli for me. Both dishes were wonderful. On to the Canoli and Cappucinio for dessert. Spot on again! Our server was attentive, very pleasant but not hovering. We asked for our food to served slowly so we could enjoy conversation. Boom. Done. We have been to Zinicola multiple times now and it never dissapoints.More infoZinicolaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Ballantyne•4.5
- BButchCharlotte •7 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 19, 2024We visited on a Tuesday, Despite the moderately small number of patrons the service seemed a little slow. The wait staff was pleasant enough but not especially efficient. Making multiple trips to refill water or take one drink order at a time. We had to suggest we were ready to order. Drinks took a while to be delivered though I could see them sitting on the bar. Once we placed our food order it was prepared quickly and the taste was amazing. The Pecan glazed salmon with broccolini was some of the best.More infoTap and Vine - CharlottePrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Ballantyne•3.6
