Established in 2010 by Tim Reinke and John Sharp, the Birdsall House quickly became a destination for craft beer and locally sourced cuisine (some from our own garden!) in the Hudson Valley. Chef Sturgess Spanos, a French-trained veteran, showcases his talent and flair for innovation, which compliment the gastropub's beer-centric beverage program. J’ai pris le steak en plat qui était une très bonne viande parfaitement cuite avec des chips maison. C’était parfait mais plus du niveau d’un très bon Steakhouse que d’un restaurant étoilé au guide Michelin. Le service par contre était top avec en prime un maître d’hôtel parlant français. Superbe vue sur la rivière Hudson.
