Best Family Style Restaurants in Green Valley Ranch

Went here for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend.  first time here and man was it delicious. We got the beef Wellington and the lamb. We are not usually steak people, but the Wellington was really really good. The pastry was nice and flaky while the beef being super tender. I ordered the lamb medium and I think it was maybe a little bit more on the rare side, but it was still delicious. If I could order the lamb again, I would I would just say medium well probably. Taste of everything was on point. The ambience was really good. Our server was really cool. Would definitely go there again. 

We had a great night, everyone was so friendly, the food was very good and the service was excellent. The waiter was very knowledgeable with explaining the dishes. One of the best baklava I ever had. I will definitely come back to try the other dishes.

Last night was really nice. We had a newer waiter named Jason. He was extremely nice. The steak was the best either of us had ever. It simply melted in your mouth. The wine selection was nice and the lemon drop was good as well. Definitely will be back

Amazing Food & Exceptional Service at Carmine’s! We had an incredible dining experience at Carmine’s! The food was absolutely amazing—we ordered the clam white sauce pasta, which was rich and flavorful, and the tartufi dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The service was top-notch, especially from the general manager who personally took care of us. Despite the restaurant being packed for Valentine’s Day, the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had a great experience. Our food did take a little while to arrive, but given how busy it was, we completely understand. We are definitely coming back and can’t wait to bring our friends and family to try this place out. Highly recommend Carmine’s for anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service!
