Restaurant Review: Rusty Scupper – Baltimore, MD (Inner Harbor) My wife and I recently visited Rusty Scupper for the first time on Valentine’s Day, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Service & Atmosphere I had made a 7:30 PM reservation, and we arrived at 7:28 PM. After checking in at the front desk, we walked upstairs, and within 20 seconds, our name was called. The seating process was smooth and well-organized, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. Food & Drinks Due to the holiday, the restaurant had a set menu. I ordered the lobster tail, while my wife opted for the lobster tail with an added crab cake. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were outstanding. The drinks complemented our meal perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Final Thoughts Rusty Scupper delivered excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier seafood. It has definitely earned a spot on my list of restaurants to return to. If you’re looking for a great waterfront dining experience in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, this place is a must-visit. Victoria does not disappoint. Nothing fancy - just good food prepared well. Our waiter, a former chef, was exceptional. He knew the menu, made strong recommendations, and was attentive throughout the meal. You can’t go to Victoria without getting the duck fat fries. I was a little hesitant to sit out on the patio, but the area was warm and a bit less noisy than the rest of the restaurant. Since, we have moved, we don’t get to Victoria as much as we did in the past. However, when we make the trip, we can be assured of consistently good food and excellent service.

Ruth Chris is hands down my favorite restaurant for variety, ambiance, service and availability (they stay open late). The ribeye and stuffed chicken are my favorite entrees. I always order the lobster mac no matter what else i eat. The seafood tower is absolutely amazing too. The bbq shrimp were a bit disappointing this time, usually very savory. Last night way too salty. Also disappointed they still dont take apple pay, google wallet... like cmon guys. I had to leave and go to an ATM to get cash and pay for my meal. They need a sign posted as patrons walk through the door so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Still my favorite restaurant!!!

First time diners…very impressive restaurant! Food was very good and the staff were very attentive and the waiter was great always checking in with us! We were there for Valentines Day and were very happy and treated like we were the only ones there…no rush. Happy with our experience and will definitely make reservations again there! A+

The staff at The Capital Grille were incredibly polite and helpful. Our waitress was excellent, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had a fantastic experience. We were seated right away, and the food was absolutely amazing. They also went above and beyond to accommodate a special birthday dessert, which made the celebration even more memorable. Thank you for helping make her birthday so special! I will definitely be back soon.
