Salted Brick is open to the public and is located within the beautiful resort community at The Ocala Preserve. We bring to life regional favorites alongside American classics using locally-sourced, fresh ingredients. Our centerpiece exhibition kitchen and wood-fired oven invites you to watch as entrees are grilled to perfection above a natural flame. Our Dress code here at The Club at Ocala Preserve & The Salted Brick is resort casual. This includes no ripped jean, no gym attire, no flip-flops, no T-shirts or tank tops.     I went in alone as I was traveling on business. It was a slow night, but the staff treated me as if I was a regular, very attentive and friendly staff. My server was extremely knowledgeable and made valuable suggestions The fried chicken was off the chain I grew up in Alabama, and this was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had If you ever in downtown Ocala go here it is worth it

    The filet mignon was absolutely cooked to perfection as it always is. We missed our former waiter, Jay, but had a nice young lady wait on us. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the asparagus was a little tough, but in the past it has been wonderful. Probably just a seasonal thing. We will be going back again next month with a large party!

    This was our first experience at elevation 89. I took my husband for his birthday. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was delicious. We cannot wait to go back for more.

    Our waitress was excellent and available when we needed her and invisible when we want to just enjoy our date night. She was great and made the dinner event even better.
