Alberto Ristorante a été créé en 1984, année au cours de laquelle, la cuisine italienne du nord et des pâtes fraîches faites maison ont été introduites à Cape Cod pour la première fois. Depuis lors, cet établissement a continué cette tradition de n’utiliser seulement des ingrédients frais et de préparer chaque plat sur place, des soupes aux desserts. In 1992, thrown together on Cape Cod by political circumstances none of them could have predicted, four young Yugoslavs founded Pain D'Avignon.Their goal was to recreate the Old World Traditions using baking techniques and recipes barely changed in centuries. Their founding principle: fine breads deserve to be at the center of the dining experience, not a mere afterthought. At their Hyannis bakery, the timeless art of bread making is both revered and respected. Everyday salt, flour and filtered water are combined – like the bakers themselves – with a distinctly European flavor.
The name “Colombo” is the Italian form of “Colomba” the latin word for “dove”, which is the “Bird of Peace”. It is in the spirit of peace that friends and family gather to celebrate the every day occurrences that touch our lives. We’re thrilled to re-open the Captain Farris House Tea Room for the Fall/Winter 2023/2024 season and invite you, your friends, family, or someone special to join us. It’s the perfect place to unwind. Join us for a truly enchanting experience! The Tea Room is open Thursdays to Sundays from November 10th through May 12th, 2024. Seating is available at 11am - 1pm and from 2pm - 4pm. The Oyster Company Raw Bar & Grille has been celebrating Cape Cod's freshest catch for over 2 decades with its incredible dishes, relaxed atmosphere and our Famous Oysters from our Own Oyster Farm. The sashimi oysters on the half shell with yellowfin tuna sashimi and wasabi aioli and the fresh lobster quesadilla with melted cheese and chipotle mayo make tantalizing starters. Some of The Oyster Company Raw Bar & Grille's specialty entrée dishes include the Shrimp and the Scallop Sauté with tomatoes, black garlic and pappardelle pasta. Guests can also choose the Grilled Native Swordfish. The Oyster Company Cioppino -linguini with lobster saffron sauce topped with lobster, shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams, which are all as beautifully prepared as they are delicious.
