Best Casual Restaurants in Aruba

5 star service with an attentive and personable wait staff. Ribeye and petite filets done perfectly. Expensive, but we all know that going in, don't we? We know the sides are shareable, what surprised us was the cheesecake. We can typically share a slice for two, this one needed 4 to share it. But it was delicious, just couldn't finish it.

We always come for the beautiful ambiance, fresh seafood and attentive service . Last night no exception. Fantastic service and food. Mani, garlic shrimps, halibut.

This is our 12th time to Aruba and we always go to Madame Janette! When we arrived, the hostess mentioned our seating request and noted which table we had on our previous visit, asking if we wanted the same table! (A year ago) Our meal started with a couple of different German lagers (their beer menu is several pages long…). We chose lobster ravioli as our appetizer, and it was delicious. We both picked the almond grouper as our main course and we loved it; the topping of ribboned carrots and creamed spinach was yummy. Each dinner came with a side, so we chose creamed spinach and potatoes augratin. The portion sizes are generous. We have enough leftovers for a meal today. They also bring focaccia bread with two dipping sauces to the table as you enjoy a drink before ordering. One sauce was an oil/onion/chili pepper, and the other was garlic butter. Both were excellent…just try to not fill up on it before dinner! The service is attentive, and they’ve introduced an extra feature…there is a light on the table that provides a nice glow, and when you flip it, the light turns red. Within a minute of flipping it to red, someone will come to your table to address your needs (another drink, order dessert, get the check, etc). Excellent idea!! I wish more restaurants would do it. Make your reservations in advance - I normally book reservations before we fly in.

Everything was great. Only thing is I specifically wrote I was celebrating my daughter’s bday but no one said anything.

The food was excellent and service was above and beyond!
