One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. His connection has made this a hangout for the Patriots players and coaches, and it is not unusual to catch sight of them at the bar.Eagle Brook Saloon serves hearty portions inspired by the Old West.
