Zaab Zaab is proud natives of Queens, opened their restaurant in the heart of Elmhurst’s Little Thailand in April of 2022 just before Songrkan, or Thai New Year. The destination for authentic Isaan cuisine from Northeastern Thailand has received numerous accolades, including a 3-star review from Pete Wells of The New York Times, and being listed two years in a row on the NYT’s 100 Best Restaurants in NYC as well as being nominated as a semifinalist in the outstanding Restaurateur category for the 2024 James Beard Foundation Awards. Zaab Zaab is also recognized as a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. “My original thinking when we opened the restaurant was to serve the local Thai community in Elmhurst,” says Chunton. “Clearly I underestimated New York City’s appetite for Northeastern Thai food. We now have five locations across Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan and are so proud to represent Thai food and culture in New York City.”

Today, it still holds up to the same charming, laid-back, neighborhood bar that holds a special place in New Yorkers’ hearts.
This is a classic, white tablecloth Indian establishment, serving up standbys like pakora and saag paneer alongside lesser-seen dishes like homemade marinated cottage cheese and South Indian-style goat biryani. Add a mango lassi and you’re all set.
In 2019, after our doors have been open for a decade, we took a step back and looked at ourselves as a company. We looked beyond what we created, we reflected upon the journey that brought us here and explored ideas of where this path and our growth will lead. Our greatest strength has always been creating a menu with choices that feel good for everyone. We source mindfully, with our farmers, our environment and our guests in mind at all times. We now look to the future of food, and plant-based proteins are undoubtedly at the forefront of sustainability. Our menu is now half vegan; plant-based and more delicious than ever. What we eat is who we are, and at Bareburger, we celebrate everyone.
We're your favorite local bar and restaurant, with a full menu of Craft Burgers, Italian dishes, and unique Neapolitan-style pizzas. We're still true to our roots, and now we're bringing you NYC's first burger bar meets pizza parlor with a full Italian Menu. We are ECB.Our ECB burger is a show stopper, with Pat Lafrieda meat - but so is our Skirt Steak and Ribeye Steak. We offer family-style dishes like Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Alla Romana, Penne Alla Vodka, and more.Straight from our wood oven, we're serving Neapolitan-style pizzas with a twist like Buffalo Chicken or Sweet Devil. If you're in for a quick bite - try our chicken sandwiches, fries, winds, or cheese curds.See you there!
