General Public is inspired by trying to imagine what an upscale English pub would be if it had the heart of an American brasserie (and was open 11 to 11). Excellent food, ambience was nice, attentiveness of servers was great. Pricey, but I would come back brunch for 3 people with 2 apps, 3 main dishes and 2 cocktails came out to roughly $200 before gratuity. Planning on coming back here to try their dinner menu.

Fantastic addition to the neighborhood. The outside is understated, but you are transported to a quite beautiful space as you walk through the door. The menu is very eclectic, with lots of great and varied options. Service was friendly and attentive, but not overly intrusive. The food arrived promptly, looked great and was delicious. For a place that's only been open 2 months, they are doing great, and will only improve as they get into their rhythm. Will definitely be returning.
