- PPeterSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe "dim sum" small dishes are delicious, innovative, surprising. And they keep on coming. The servers are so friendly, so efficient, and so obviously proud to work at the restaurant. That alone would keep us coming back. PS: wine isn't and can't be the primary issue at a restaurant with these amazing tastes, but their wine is good and really complements the meal.More infoState Bird ProvisionsPrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Western Addition•4.8
- RRobinHawaii •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe really enjoyed our dinner at Nopa. Beginning with the bread and butter. All I can say is order it. Next we had the Tortelli which was excellent (not to be missed). We also had the Tagliatelle with the bolognese sauce which was very good. For dessert we had the key lime pie which was good but the ice cream that came for the birthday person was outstanding. Our server who was excellent said it was ginger snap but it didn’t taste like ginger. Best ice cream I’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to go back for my birthday and have that ice cream.More infoNopa - San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Californian• North Panhandle / USF•4.6
- BbrittavipSan Francisco Bay Area •16 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI used to love this place, then I moved abroad for 20 years, but went here again, and it is just as good as I remember!! grilled perfection! the dining room is cozy and warm, the booth seats comfortable. our server was the best - attentive but not intrusive - he really did an outstanding job (don't recall his name but has worked there 9 years and has 2 little kids, brown hair with some facial hair - shout out to him - he did a great job!) appetizers arrived lightning fast - aubergine and warm pita, grilled stuffed calamari(YUM), lamb meatballs (nomnomnom), baked gigante beans. mains were lamb skewers (yum) and branzino(5star), which was insanely delish and highly recommended. dessert was baklava, which I don't normally love, but theirs was sooo good and spicy, I highly recommend, and we got an ice cream sundae which was enormous and tasty. im so pleased Kokkari is still around and better than ever. great meal - thanks to the entire team!! can't wait to go back !!More infoKokkari EstiatorioPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.9
- DDouglasvipSan Francisco Bay Area •206 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWhile the noise level is very high, the food and service is excellent!! The beet salad was possibly the best either of us have ever eaten, the agnolotti is exceptional, and the chocolate desert was rich without over doing it! What a fantastic evening we were able to share at a truly exceptional restaurant in SF. Thanks for making it special.More infoChe Fico San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Italian• North Panhandle / USF•4.7
- AAlsonSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoUpscale Mexican food in the sunset district. Authentic taste and flavors but spice level is scaled down for clientele. Nothing very spicy. Still, food was tasty! Good ambience, excellent service. Clean throughout. This is definitely not the mission district experience, if that’s what you’re looking for. But very good authentic food in a clean, upscale pleasant environment. Not a taqueria!More infoElena'sPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Forest Hill / West Portal•4.7
