Louisville, notorious for its drinking, gambling, and illegal activities, evidence of the occasional misunderstanding is the .22 caliber bullet hole in the front bar. 740 Front has been a favorite for years but we moved 40 miles north and only dine when in the area. Quality and service remain fantastic and the menu still features many long-time specialties. Worth the drive, worth your time, and worth the price. You will be surprised and delighted

We have tried numerous Italian restaurants in northern Colorado, at all price levels, from Boulder to Fort Collins, and this is the best restaurant to date - excellent freshly made mozzarella, interesting salads, and an outstanding entree (chicken piccata). We are both looking forward to returning and trying something else on their extensive menu!
