Before the James Beard Award and the Gourmet Magazine review, Lotus of Siam was a small little hole in the wall located in Commercial Center in Las Vegas. November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Incredible experience as always!! The entire staff is exceptional and treats you like an invited and welcomed guest and gives you only their very best! Philippe made our experience beyond compare and reminded us why we don’t even want to dine elsewhere while in town as nowhere compares for service, value, ambiance and the absolutely delicious food! This restaurant is always one of my go to places to celebrate a special occasion. The steak is always delicious, and our waiter last night was awesome. So happy that we decided to go to Anthony because it’s easy to get in and out of the restaurant, parking in the garage is easy, the drink menu is very good and the atmosphere and ambience Is very nice too! Just an excellent place to celebrate any occasion.

The food at Jade 16 was so delicious. Great selection, flavorful dishes, and outstanding value. The only issue was that the server did not come often to check on drinks, etc. and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!
