Le nom Firenze a Tavola signifie « Florence à votre table ». Il vous accueille au niveau inférieur du Parisi, au nord de Denver. Le Firenze a Tavola revisite des plats copieux et locaux toscans et florentins. Il sert également un menu de saison. Le Firenze a Tavola vous fera profiter d'une liste de vins provenant de sa cave spécialement sélectionnés comprenant des crus italiens raffinés. Certains mercredis soirs, il organise son événement signature, la « Table communautaire », où les voisins viennent dîner dans une ambiance familiale.
