Best Restaurants for Groups in The STRAT Hotel & Casino

Went here for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend.  first time here and man was it delicious. We got the beef Wellington and the lamb. We are not usually steak people, but the Wellington was really really good. The pastry was nice and flaky while the beef being super tender. I ordered the lamb medium and I think it was maybe a little bit more on the rare side, but it was still delicious. If I could order the lamb again, I would I would just say medium well probably. Taste of everything was on point. The ambience was really good. Our server was really cool. Would definitely go there again. 

The food was amazing! The whole experience was very good, only hiccup was there was there was only one bartender for a packed house so drinks came out a little slow, but other than that food came out fast, and was very good. Upscale dining experience for sure and the food reflected that. The New York steak was to die for, perfect sear on both sides, perfect medium rare and seasoned amazingly. the king crab truffle fried rice might have been the best thing on the menu, had bits of truffle in the rice so no truffle oil used. Great experience and you should go sometime.

Amazing Food & Exceptional Service at Carmine’s! We had an incredible dining experience at Carmine’s! The food was absolutely amazing—we ordered the clam white sauce pasta, which was rich and flavorful, and the tartufi dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The service was top-notch, especially from the general manager who personally took care of us. Despite the restaurant being packed for Valentine’s Day, the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had a great experience. Our food did take a little while to arrive, but given how busy it was, we completely understand. We are definitely coming back and can’t wait to bring our friends and family to try this place out. Highly recommend Carmine’s for anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service!

✨ Absolutely Fantastic Experience! ✨ Our waitress, Destinee, was nothing short of AWESOME SAUCE! 🌟 She went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with her friendly service and spot-on menu suggestions. I have a serious cilantro aversion (like, we’re sworn enemies), and Destinee made sure every single dish was cilantro-free—no stress, no worries, just pure deliciousness! 🙌 The ceviche? Oh. My. Goodness. 😍 Normally, I have to skip out because of how it’s typically made, but they modified it just for me, and WOW—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely perfect. Huge shoutout to Destinee and the team for making this such a memorable meal. Can’t wait to come back for more! 🥂🎉

The food was good. We were there during happy hour and the pricing was very good. The restaurant feels like it is just getting its identity. There were a least a dozen locations for new TV's to be hung on the wall. Feels like it is going to be a sports bar ultimately. Nice selection of beer, small but with nice variations. For a quick bite and a beer, would recommend, especially during happy hour, which extends until 7pm right now.
